Best registered agent services in Oklahoma

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

All 10 services compared here sell registered agent service, and an Oklahoma LLC can hire any of them that keeps an office in the state. Under 18 Okla. Stat. § 2010, the agent must keep a business office at the LLC's registered office that is open during regular business hours to accept service of process, so a commercial agent with staff in Oklahoma meets the rule more easily than an owner who travels or works elsewhere. Oklahoma also expects an Annual Certificate every year on the anniversary of the LLC's formation date, so a provider's reminders and report filing are worth weighing next to its yearly price.1, 2

How is this list ordered, and what did we compare?

Providers appear by our score, highest first, and each paragraph below uses the same published facts: agent price, renewal, mail handling, report help, cancellation and refunds.

When two providers have the same score, the order between them is editorial and says nothing about which one is better. Our score uses only published, cited facts, split across customer satisfaction, breadth of service with the dashboard, and value and cost. The method and every provider's breakdown are on how we score. We don't buy or test these services. The Trustpilot rating in the table is a separate third-party figure, cited to Trustpilot and shown as published.

"Score" is our editorial score out of 10, built from published facts: half from the Trustpilot rating, the rest from breadth of services, dashboard and mail scanning, and package value and two-year cost (how we score; scores approved 2026-10-14). We don't test services. Trustpilot ratings are third-party, cited to Trustpilot, and not adjusted.

Every fact in the provider paragraphs comes from that provider's own pages or terms, or is marked as supplied by the provider. Where a provider doesn't publish something, the paragraph says so. For the basics of what any agent does, read what a registered agent does. This page covers only the choice of a paid agent for an Oklahoma LLC.

Which Oklahoma rules shape the choice of agent?

Three rules decide what to compare in Oklahoma: the agent's office has to be staffed during business hours, the LLC files a yearly certificate and fee, and a departing agent leaves the Secretary of State as your fallback.

A staffed office, every business day. The statute allows an individual resident of this state or a domestic or qualified foreign corporation, and it also lets an LLC or partnership serve. Whoever serves must keep an office open during regular business hours to accept service of process. A national service meets that with its own Oklahoma office. Owners who want to be their own agent need to be at a fixed Oklahoma address during the working day, which suits a shop owner better than someone who is often on the road. The full rules on who may serve are in the Oklahoma registered agent guide.1

A yearly certificate with its own fee. Each year the LLC files an Annual Certificate, due on the anniversary of the LLC's formation date with a 60-day grace period, and pays an annual fee of $25. If nothing is filed after the grace period, the entity becomes inactive and not in good standing. That is why the reminders and report filing listed in each paragraph below count for more here than in a state with no yearly filing. A report filing service charges its own fee on top of the state's.2, 3

When an agent quits. An agent that resigns must give the LLC at least 30 days' notice, and the resignation takes effect 30 days after it is filed. If you don't name a successor, the Secretary of State is deemed the agent, which means lawsuit papers can go to a state office instead of to you. A provider that stops service for unpaid renewals could leave you in that position, so the renewal and cancellation terms below are worth reading before you sign up. The steps for switching are in how to change a registered agent.1

The agent's address goes in the agent field of your filing, whichever provider you choose; that is true of every commercial agent. It doesn't replace the other addresses the state asks for. Some providers sell a separate business address product, noted in their paragraphs.

How do the registered agent services compare for Oklahoma?

The providers follow the order of the table above. Each one gets a short account of its published terms and how they fit Oklahoma's yearly certificate and staffed-office rule.

Tailor Brands

Tailor Brands prices its agent service at $199/year and lists renewal as $199/year (renews at the same price), both supplied by the provider. It says it covers all 50 states. It lists documents scanned and uploaded to the business dashboard, and its explanatory copy says the agent can file the annual report if instructed, without naming Oklahoma's certificate. Its Essential plan, at $199/yr plus state fees, includes annual compliance (report filing and updates). Its terms add a limit: you must not designate or otherwise refer to the Registered Address as your business location in any public materials. For a public-facing address it sells a Virtual Address product (price not published). The terms describe auto-renewal on by default for subscription services, and fees are generally non-refundable, with a $29 service fee deducted from any refund issued. Read the Tailor Brands review.4, 5, 6, 7, 8

ZenBusiness

ZenBusiness charges $199/year and renews at $199/yr; it also offers 50% off the first year ($99) when you form an LLC. Documents go to a dashboard as scanned copies, and its page also mentions mail and overnight delivery for urgent notices. For state annual reports it sells per-filing service (Annual Report Filing $100 per report) or a yearly plan (Worry-Free Compliance $199/year). The service renews automatically. Cancelling means contacting customer support by phone, and a refund is possible only if the service has not yet been used. Its formation plans list the agent separately, as an add-on +$199/yr. More in the ZenBusiness review.9, 10, 11, 12

LegalZoom

LegalZoom's agent costs $249/year (first-time registered agent customers). Its terms say the service auto-renews at the purchase rate each year until you cancel, and the renewal rate is subject to change, so next year's price is open. Legal documents are scanned and uploaded. It lists other mail uploaded to account and emailed, but doesn't publish physical forwarding. It also lists email reminders about annual report deadlines through the Compliance Calendar, and it sells a one-time report filing at $99 + state filing fees, bills once. You cancel by phone or online via My Account, and proof of new RA may be required, so an Oklahoma owner may need the new agent on file with the Secretary of State before LegalZoom will stop. Its terms say prepaid fees are refunded only when LegalZoom terminates the service. LegalZoom doesn't publish its state coverage on the pages we cite. See the LegalZoom review.13, 14, 15

Bizee

Bizee lists its agent at $149/year, renewing at $149/year (ongoing annual fee), with a free first year with any Bizee formation package. Service of process is mailed via FedEx with tracking, and other documents go to its client portal. It advertises free lifetime compliance notifications about state requirements; it also sells annual report filing, with no standalone price stated. You cancel by assigning a new registered agent with the state and notifying Bizee of the change, so the change is filed in Oklahoma first. Orders are generally refundable until payment is forwarded to a government entity. Bizee also sells a virtual address at $29/month; 1 month free with Bizee LLC formation. See the Bizee review.16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21

Swyft Filings

Swyft Filings bills its agent by the quarter, at $149 per quarter ($596/year), which works out to the yearly figure in brackets. It says it covers all 50 states, and its page says legal SOP typically within 2-3 hours. Its FAQ also says the service renews annually with reminders before renewal, which doesn't match the quarterly price, so confirm the billing cycle at checkout. Its report service, ComplianceGuard $199/year, includes annual report filing each year, with the state fee extra. Its terms say a replacement agent must be designated (or business dissolved) before cancellation. Refunds are decided by charge type and order status, with no published time window. Read the Swyft Filings review.22, 23, 24, 25, 26

doola

doola's agent page lists $297 per year, and formation customers get the agent free (RA free with Formation Service), but doola doesn't say how long that lasts (duration not stated). It offers same-day scans, but paper forwarding is not included in base RA subscription unless stated in plan. It sends annual report notifications, but on its pricing grid Starter does not include ongoing compliance filings; report filing sits in its higher plans. Its terms say recurring fees auto-renew. To cancel, its terms say you can delete your account at any time or email its help address. doola doesn't publish its state coverage on the pages we cite. See the doola review.27, 28, 29

Northwest Registered Agent

Northwest charges $125 per year and says it has offices in all 50 states plus D.C. and Puerto Rico. Legal documents are uploaded to your account, and it lists normal business mail scanned up to 5 docs per year free. One term deserves attention in Oklahoma. Its pages say agent customers are automatically enrolled in Compliance Services (annual report filing), billed in annual auto-pay, and its report filing is $100 + state fees, charged at filing. So an agent customer may be charged each time Northwest files the LLC's yearly report, unless they opt out. You can cancel anytime through the online account; no cancellation fee. Purchases are non-refundable after 90 days. It also sells Mail Forwarding $20/month (24 select states). Read the Northwest review.30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35

Rocket Lawyer

Rocket Lawyer's agent is $125 with a Plus or Pro membership, so the true yearly cost adds a membership: Plus at $249/year or Pro at $349/year. Pro adds annual report filing at $100 with Pro membership, excluding state fees. It says it covers all 50 states, and documents are scanned and uploaded to email and account. The agent renews in successive 1-year terms. You can cancel any time by phone, before renewal date, and refund requests must come within 30 days of purchase. See the Rocket Lawyer review.36, 37, 38, 39

InCorp Services

InCorp charges $129/year and calls renewal a flat rate, though its terms say service is billed at then-current fee. It says it covers all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and legal documents are scanned and delivered same day, viewed in its Entity Management System (EMS), which it includes free. Its separate report filing is $89 + state fees. To stop paying you must meet one of its conditions (dissolve entity, appoint new agent, or resign InCorp with fees) before the annual fee is due. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of issuance of services. Read the InCorp review.40, 41, 42, 43

Harbor Compliance

Harbor Compliance charges $99 first year (new customers) and renews at $159 annually. It advertises document scanning, and its agent service comes with annual report filing reminders. Its managed report service is $199 per state per year plus filing fees. Stopping the agent takes notice at least 90 days before the end of the current term; otherwise service auto-renews for another one-year term. Its terms allow no refunds: fees non-refundable. See the Harbor Compliance review.44, 45, 46

What does a registered agent cost in Oklahoma in year one and after?

In year one you pay the state's filing fee of $100 (plus a service fee) plus the agent's first-year price; from the second year, add the $25 annual fee and the agent's renewal.3

The state's page doesn't say how much the online service fee is, so check the amount at checkout. An owner who acts as their own agent pays only the state charges, as long as they keep a business-hours office at the registered address.

A few renewal patterns are worth spotting in the table before you choose.

If you want a provider to file the certificate too, add its report fee to the renewal. A service that bundles report filing into a yearly plan can cost less than paying per filing, or more, depending on what else you use. Formation totals are worked out in the cheapest ways to form an Oklahoma LLC and Oklahoma LLC formation services compared. Agent prices across every state are on cheapest registered agent services, and you can set two providers side by side on our comparison page.

Oklahoma registered agent services: common questions

Can I be my own registered agent in Oklahoma?

Yes, if you are an Oklahoma resident and can keep an office at the registered address that is open during regular business hours to accept service of process. The statute (18 Okla. Stat. § 2010) also lets a corporation, LLC or partnership serve, or the LLC itself. Your address then appears as the agent's address on the state's record. The Oklahoma registered agent guide explains who qualifies.1

Do I need a service to file the yearly certificate in Oklahoma?

No, you can file it yourself; the state asks for it each year on the anniversary of the LLC's formation date, with a 60-day grace period, and the LLC also pays the state an annual fee of $25. A service mainly saves you from missing the date. Prices vary: InCorp sells filing at $89 + state fees, while Swyft Filings sells ComplianceGuard $199/year. See agents with compliance tools and annual reports explained.2, 3, 24, 43

What happens if my registered agent resigns in Oklahoma?

The agent must give the LLC at least 30 days' notice, and the resignation takes effect 30 days after it is filed. If you haven't named a new agent by then, the Secretary of State is deemed the agent. Naming a replacement before the old one leaves keeps legal papers coming to you rather than to a state office.1

What does it cost to switch registered agent services in Oklahoma?

We couldn't confirm the state's fee for changing agents from an official page we can cite, so check the Secretary of State's fee schedule before you file. The old provider's terms can cost more than the filing: Harbor Compliance needs notice at least 90 days before the end of the current term, and Swyft Filings says a replacement agent must be designated (or business dissolved) before cancellation. Read how to cancel a registered agent for the order of steps.25, 46

What happens if an Oklahoma LLC misses its yearly certificate?

After the grace period, the entity becomes inactive and not in good standing. The reinstatement form has no fee, but each past-due Annual Certificate (and its fee) must be filed. The Oklahoma compliance page covers the yearly calendar.2

How is the list on this page ordered?

By our score, highest first, with ties in editorial order. The score is built from published, cited facts, and the biggest share comes from each provider's Trustpilot rating; the breakdown is on how we score. Trustpilot rates each company as a whole, not its Oklahoma service, so compare the prices and terms above for your own LLC. For mail and address products, see agents for privacy.
